Lighthouse Tours has designed a very special day south of Silicon Valley with Under the Sea, including Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea. Since the 1880s, visitors have been enjoying the spectacular beauty of the Central Coast. Located between Los Angeles and San Francisco, Monterey County's dramatic ocean scenery, pristine pine forests, and historic communities continue to beckon adventure-seekers, seafarers, artists, writers and vacationers:

Tour begins Hotel or your location and departs for Monterey via Hwy 101 to Monterey CA |
| 9:45 a.m. | Arrive Cannery Row – via drive through old town Monterey, Colton Hall, where Monterey was once the center of California’s beginnings. Morning time will be on own either visiting Monterey Aquarium or shopping on Cannery Row or relax and watch the sea otters play in the water. |
| 12:00 p.m. | Lunch at a favorite restaurant |
| 1:05 p.m. | Wander through the scenic view of the famous 17 Mile Drive, Pebble Beach and the Del Monte Forest to Carmel-by-the-Sea catching breath taking views along the way. Always time to explore the streets of Carmel-by-the-Sea. |
| 2:15 p.m. | Visit the historic Mission San Carlos Borromeo Del Rio Carmelo in Carmel-by-the-Sea. Carmel Mission was the second church to be established by Padre Junipero Serra. |
| 3:30 p.m. | Return back to your hotel or location approx 5:00 p.m., San Jose, remembering the beauty of this area that is "under the sea". (Possibly drive back via Hwy 17 for another route – at the discretion of Driver and Tour Guide) |

Tour Description:
Tour begins
at your location and departs promptly for Monterey. Once the Sardine Capital
of the World, hear the stories of the famous author, John Steinbeck, wrote
depicting this once famous area, Cannery Row. Enjoy free time in morning
to explore on your own, the famous Monterey Bay Aquarium, created by the
Packard Foundation, one of the founders of the technology company, Intel
Corp., or roaming though the Cannery Row shops and attractions. Or simply
relax and watch the sea otters play in the water.
Lunch is at a favorite restaurant,
located on
the waterfront, you will enjoy the spectacular views of the pristine beauty
of the Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary.
Wander through the scenic view of the famous 17 Mile Drive, Pebble Beach
and the Del Monte Forest to Carmel-by-the-Sea catching breath taking views
